In Miguel & Miguel, Ltd. we have established a plan for microbiological analysis extremely rigorous and precise.
We perform analisys to our products, tests for hygiene control surfaces, control tests at the hands of Handler and staff and also tests the water supply. These checks are intended to assess the conformity of products, as verify the effectiveness of hygiene and control of water used.
These reviews and tests are performed at the Laboratory ControlVet, according to an annual analytical plan, being the same done in order to promote the rotation of the water collection points, finished products, surfaces and handlers to parse. Having always intended principally to ensure food security in our products.
We guarantee the safety and quality of our products, therefore we have a regular monitoring system HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, meeting the requirements set out in legislation.
The quality management, of our company is assumed has a way to ensure the simultaneous satisfaction of our customers and promoting our competitiveness.
This process began in 2008 with the company's adaptation to the requirements of the standard. In this perspective, we were certified by the SGS - General Superintendence Company SA, in 2009, with the implementation of a Quality Management System and Food Security based on the reference standard ISO 9001:2000, which was renewed in 2010 with ISO 9001:2008 certified enterprise in the manufacture of sausage of black pork, preparation, processing and freezing of meat and meat products of pigs.
