IBERIAN SLICED "SALSICHÃO"

Iberian Pork “Salsichão” is made from selected meat seasoned with black peppercorns, wine, salt and spices. After filled in it is put into maturation chambers for 60 days.

It has a marbled pink hue and small black peppercorns.
